No one understands the existential hatred you develop towards humans in a matter of hours.

No one will understand what it’s like to get up in the morning and want to wither into bed.

No one will understand how it makes you feel that even the psychologist looks at you a little strange. No one will truly understand the need to want to live again.

No one will understand what it’s like to take a shower and rub the dust off your body and still feel dirty.
No one will understand how it feels to be murdered along with all your friends and still come back alive - but not alive. No one will understand. Only those who were there. ⚠️

University suspends Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) as official student groups through the end of the fall term. StandWithUs sent several legal letters to universities like Columbia, urging them to immediately hold these groups accountable for the hate, fear, and harassment they incite on campus. We thank the University for taking a stand against hate and for fulfilling their responsibility of ensuring a safe environment for all students, including the Jewish community on campus.

First Brandeis University, now Columbia. We hope more universities will follow suit.
