We would like to welcome our 2 newest workers , Jesses Nephew Xavier and Father Robbie Hales . Robbie is a qualified horticulturist and Arborist by trade . He has come aboard to strengthen the team and allow us to take on larger trees. Yesterday the boys tackled this tree that had gotten out of control and had become a hazard to their amazing clients house

Been a hectic start to spring , We have now have surpassed 120 ongoing clients and are extremely thankful to you all 😊 At this rate we will be looking for a another team member to join us in a month or so!

We have been flat maintaining our District nurses , NDIS , Regis home care , Glenview nursing and our private clients yards as well as a few big yard clean-ups.

Well I think spring has came early! Everything is starting to blossom nice and early the last few weeks which is keeping us busy !

We are happy to be taking on another age care provider in Regis age care and assisting their clients with yard work .

Last few weeks have been full yard clean ups , landscaping , chopping a few small trees down which Robbie Hales our qualified arborist has been teaching our newest member Ethan on how to safely use a chainsaw.

We now provide services to District nurses , NDIS and Regis age care clients , so if you are with one of these age care providers and need any assistance with your yard be sure to send us a message

We also have room for more private clients :)

Welcome Ethan to the team!, He has been helping Rob and i out the last few weeks as we have been under the pump and he is keen to learn a new trade.

Usually winter is our quieter months of the year but now we have surpassed 100 regular clients things aren't too quiet 😂

The last month we have had a good mix up of landscaping jobs from redoing garden beds , topping them up with bark , hedge trimming and lots of pruning .

Super excited the custom built trailer has arrived 🥰 Its going to make life a lot easier and having every tool onsite will defiantly be handy.

It has a winch tipper so no more long trips to the the tip manually unloading the green waste 😂

A fun little tidy up for one of our new clients. Rob worked hard tidying up some overgrown buffalo grass that was spreading across the footpath while i tackled the lawns and hedges. We look forward to continuing on with our next visit :)

Cracking job done this week by the boys , Full yard makeover for an elderly man that was looking for a low maintenance solution to his yard . Nath from Southern Edge Services came out and lent a hand to help myself and rob knock it over in a day . Came up a treat!

While the weather is kicking our butt , least its actually given me time to do a Facebook post 🤣

Here are a few before and after shots of our new clients yards , The first picture of the overgrown bushes , i didn't realize there was a pathway until we started clearing! Came up looking great , Still alot of work to do in the garden bed pruning and clearing on our next visit 😁

In the next few weeks we are looking at putting on a causal worker to lend a hand :)

Initially 2-3 days a week , but hours will increase. No prior experience in horticulture needed as training will be supplied

Only requirements are a drivers licence for reliability , be motivated to work and great with the elderly. Its not an extremely demanding job but being semi fit is recommended

I dont know what is better a freshly rocked garden bed with "Pink ice rocks" or homemade sausage rolls and scones that our lovely client Mickey made us for the work 🥰 ......... The scones and sausage rolls were better 🤣

Busy week for Rob and I , A bit of anything from total yard clean-ups to tree pruning. Also Part 1 of an abandon veggie patch restoration :)

Big week on the saws , clearing a few trees down at an amazing block at Lewisham then saving a fence from a massively overgrown tree at sandy bay 😬 .

We are happy to now be servicing NDIS recipients along side our current District nurse clients , Contact your provider if you need any assistance with your yard work :)

Here are a few snaps of our recent work , We tackled a retaining wall with some sand stone . Our new jack hammer got a decent work out breaking them up ! Also a lot of trimming up some bushes that have got a little out of shape with some excess growth

We are happy to announce that we now have a second vehicle on the road and my brother Robbie has joined the team , Which allows us to now finally take new clients on :)

Here are are a few recent Snaps , The Veggie garden has been a work in progress and giving our new cultivator a work out. We have added potatoes , corn , lettuce , radish and some tomatoes to the existing garden.

That's a wrap for the year 🥳 . A massive thanks to the boys for all the help and a bigger thank you to all the clients that have helped support a small family run business .

Its been a huge year and we are over the moon that we have managed to gain 70 new clients this year . Our current workload is basically maxed but hoping to expand more next year to take on more new clients ☺️

Here is one of my favourite yards to work on , Lovely house in sandy bay , Our client hand laid all the brick pavers himself and looks amazing with a good clean up. Cant wait to tackle the trees in the new year!

One of the tougher jobs of last week! Over grown yard on the eastern shore. Glad to have it back to how the client had it before they went on holidays!

Been wanting to personalise my business for a while and thought now was a good time :) . Same service just a different name ;) . When i chose "Urban Landscape" as a name I didn't realise how many other businesses had "Urban" as a first name , So I've decided to go with "Hales Yard Care" . Appreciate all the past & present clients that have helps us get to where we currently are :)

We wont be taking on new clients between now and Christmas as we are getting pretty full and want to insure our current clients yards will done leading up to Christmas / Christmas break

Apart from the rain this week slowing us down , our newest addition to the family decided to arrive this week "Mackenzie" . Ive only been able to do clients close to home this week while the family settles in but we will
