Over my 15 years in the beauty industry I have been forever learning. My beauty spectrum is vast. However since I started out, the heart of my passion is face health. So within my Fiit_Faces I am providing face fitness through my face yoga, eclectic face massage, skincare, body and positive health guidance.

Everyone dreams of the face that has it all. Although skin health and recovery is not just defined by topical products, regular facials, fancy technology and modern day medicine. It is a lot deeper than that. From breathing, regulating the body system, plenty sleep and nutrition.
I have used my knowledge, research and continuous learning to provide a service for clients to help heal, educate and deliver life long results.
