Inspired by the flavor profile of something I made recently- egg shakshuka. These little omelette rolls burst with the flavor of cumin seeds and smoked paprika. Their packed with spinach and a touch of tomato and garlic; they’re a perfect snack! A special thanks to my dear friend, dawn , for my adorable Easter gifts.

This Salad! Inspired by a Salad Tropicale that can be found on a Sarasota Restaurant Menu... Crispy Romaine, Hearts of Palm, Shaved Parmesan, EVOO, Tons of Fresh Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper and a sprinkle of Garlic Powder. (Sliced Red Pepper added for Garnish)
