I had the privilege of meeting Yoniy back at the end of 2019, he was introduced to me by an amazing client and friend of mine. He is a very hard working young man and was tired of renting he wanted to own his very own piece of Arizona. Although we met back in 2019, we started our home buying journey at the start of 2021. In that little bit of time the market had shifted, but Yoniy kept a positive attitude about it all, and knew that the search would be worth the wait.
It’s really such a privilege when clients become friends, and over the last couple of months we really got to know each other. We looked at a few homes before, but as soon as we walked into this North Phoenix beauty, Yoniy knew that he could really see himself in this one. It checked all the boxes, in the exact neighborhood he wanted, good size bedrooms and a pool 🏝 for those hot summer days!! I had the privilege of handing over the keys on Friday!
