The Concept of Affordability: Affordable housing reflects spending to purchase a house, which is a choice made by a family between housing and non-housing-related spending.

The concept of affordability has three perspectives, namely, repayment, purchase, and income affordability.

At Fresh Start, our program participants will have access to units that will allow them to develop personally and economically for long term housing stability.

As an community-centered organization, we will continue to advocate for safe and affordable housing as a human right.

We are tackling homelessness and the affordable housing crisis in this new year.
