Due to a power outage that occurred between 12 a.m. At 5 a.m., our server immediately switched to our backup power supply; yet, our backup power supply lost an energy source, leading the server to go offline. NEW BILLING CYCLE

Starting January 2023, DNC will be implementing a new billing cycle for your monthly bills – due dates from 1st – 15th of the month will transfer to every 16th of the month and from 16th – 31st of the month will transfer to every 1st of the month. NO COLLECTOR WILL BE ASSIGNED effective January 2023. During this transition, please expect corrections and adjustments in your next billing.
In line with this, we would also like to thank you for your timely payments and to encourage you to pay your monthly bills on or before your deadline to avoid temporary disconnection.
