[HOW TO REGISTER]
- Pre-Register online with the corresponding link
- Refer to this post for the links
- Submit the form with complete details (Photo of I.D. with proof of address and Digital Signature will be collected)
- Only ONE form submission PER cat
- Submit another form for another cat
- MUST be a resident of the corresponding city with ID proof of Address
- Submissions not following the rules will automatically be deleted
- Once form is submitted, details for the reservation fee (Php100) will be displayed to be paid via Gcash, to be settled right away to avoid cancellation of slot
- Email your proof of payment to [email protected] with your confirmation number as the subject

[VENUE]
- Once reservation fee is received and slot is confirmed, exact venue details and final reminders will be sent via email

[REQUIREMENTS]
- Online registration is required, strictly no walk-ins
- Only for male cats, 6 months up, visibly healthy, no sickness
- Travel carrier or cage is required, bags/boxes will not be allowed

[REMINDERS]
- All participating cats will be dropped off in the morning (6-7AM) and picked up in the afternoon (11AM-12PM) once awake from surgery
- Only the Vet and Host Volunteers will be allowed to enter the Venue
- Ear notching and long acting antibiotic will be included
