Some days are just s**t tough. The thoughts, the commotion…. Where you can’t even pin point what’s bothering you. But you are just overwhelmed….
What’s your coping mechanism on those days ?
I remember all the painful days and weeks ( which have been in abundance for the last 2 years ) and I tell myself- Remember you got through those, so this is also going to pass.
And subconsciously I keep telling myself- all of these are stepping stones towards the goals and the life I have always wanted to live. A chapter so beautiful is coming to me like a storm!
Gosh that felt so good to type it out.
Sending a tight hug to someone who’s equally lost 💜
The storm will pass and the sun will rise again ♥️

Hey, I just realised…. my blog lately has been all about my work - Fitness. But it has me missing. What I mean is- There’s no updates about me, and I want to correct that. I’ll try and share more about my life as well, definitely things that can help you because I have always been about value creation 💜
So, For everyone who knows me already and everyone new here….

Hi, I am Bulbull Thakker.
I am a Management consulting analyst at by profession and also a content creator at:
- where I create content High intensity workout routines, recipes, fitness and health improvement tips.
- I create follow along workout routines. Channel is by the name : Bulbull Thakker
- - I create workout routines for different body parts and fitness tips.
Why 2 full time careers?
- Always have multiple sources of income.
- I always wanted to be a consultant. The whole idea of working with different groups to address a challenge is quite exciting for me. There’s no defined role for a consultant. You have to do it all.
And about fitness - well; I love love love my body and health. So thankful for something so magical. And I want to help people unlock the potential they have. Hence content creation. 💜 It’s been 2 years and I have loved every bit of it!
Two full time careers come at a cost. The cost for me is giving up social and personal life.
I am an introvert by nature and a workaholic too. ( Not cool )

So, I received a r**e threat at my work place because I called out a guy for writing a disgusting comment on my picture. To that bastard - Darungi nahi! Tujhe pakdungi Aur todungi!

‘s Quinoa is a part of my daily diet!
Filled with so many essential micronutrients and protein and fibre! It has ~ 14g protein per 100g!
The high protein content boosts my metabolism and the high fibre content keeps me satiated for real long and hence makes it easier for me to be in caloric deficit, which ultimately results in fat loss!
