Did you notice my absence or the silence in my speech
Or the screams in my silence to out reach.
Did you see my soul as I gave it to you undressed.....
heart exposed! from my chest.
Did you notice I am human... mind, body and soul...
I am a whole person! but I don't feel home.
Did you notice my Anxiety hiding behind quick chatter and fast words.
Whilst I try to process! everything that hurts....
Did you notice me fade into the darkness and still shining my light for you.....
Whilst I tend to my own wounds of pain old and new....
Did you notice me.... sleeping all day not moving from my bed because the thoughts that were drowning me inside my own head..
Did you see my struggle through the windows of my soul ? With my eyes wide open but nobody's home.
Did you notice me....

Reflection in the mirror looking back at me I noticed it all I was watching you... Your see...

For I always notice and take note we may feel like we drowning when actually we always float...

For we are the life boat the saviour of onesself because time and time again you only can reliably relie on one's self.

Swifty moving forward trying to fit in...

See there is no Box! that I tick! no box that I fit... because my shape is forever changing evolving... that's why I do not fit...

I keep getting back up from so many falls but for now I will stay safe inside my four walls.
