🏀Ball For a Cause presents the 4th Annual basketball tournament, to be held on Aug 5th-6th at William Fleming High School. This exciting event is not only a chance for basketball fans to watch some incredible games, but it is also an opportunity to help support the education of local students.
In addition to the tournament, there will be a book bag for all K-12 students on August 12th from 10am-1pm; free book bags will be provided. Proceeds will also go towards a City School field trip fund.
The tournament registration fee is $50 per player, which includes a custom jersey. Cash and trophy prizes will be awarded, and there will be halftime performances by and many more artists.
With the goal of supplying book bags with the necessary items for at least 100 Roanoke City students in the upcoming school year, all sponsors will be acknowledged during halftime of the Baskets for Academics Tournament.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to enjoy some great basketball and support a good cause.

Cult 9 Records is thrilled to announce that we are expanding our roster of artists with Pop and R&B/Soul artist, 🍾🎉
On Saturday, August 27, 2022, Cult 9 Records proudly announces our second signed artist, whois an up-and-coming gem emerging in the R&B world, releasing her debut album, ‘Love and Hate,’ in November of 2020. Representing her hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, Jade gathers inspiration from creatives such as Alessia Cara, Dua Lipa, and Billie Eilish. Jade blissfully signed with Cult 9 after hearing about our mission, which identifies music as the all-inclusive medium that brings people together through creative expressions of love and truth. Her most recent single, ‘No Boo’, has garnered over 5,000 streams across music platforms, projecting Jade into the top 30% percentile of the pop genre via industry-standard data source, Chartmetrics.
