🌟 Silver Swans with Rebecca returns to Zoom! 🌟

After a small summer break, the 6 week August-September program will begin on 19th August, and will hopefully be our last online program before we can return to studios 🤞

Although the classes are aimed at over 55s, they are suitable for anyone who would like an introduction to, or even a return to, the joy of ballet class. Beginners are always welcome! See more at : https://www.royalacademyofdance.org/silverswans/

To my lovely Silver Swans,

I hope you're all doing well out there - I'm missing you already!

I know that being stuck in the house without our daily routines, social interaction and exercise is tough, so I thought I'd send a couple of little videos to say hi and to perform the Foot Warm Up and Demi-Plies for you to practice. These are some of the exercises that we do at the start of class, so they will be a good start to the day! You can do them as stand alone exercises or together.

Hi Silver Swans,

Unfortunately, I will be cancelling all Silver Swans classes with immediate effect. Advice from the government concerning the Covid-19 outbreak has meant it is impossible for me to continue these classes.

I hope to start up again as soon as it is safe and advised to do so - I will be contacting everyone then to invite you all back to class. Until then, I hope you and your families all keep safe and well.

On a side note, please do reach out to me if you need any help. I live in the city and will have lots of time to assist people who may need it.

Lastly, thank you for your continued support in these very new classes! Hope to see you soon.
