Tried to set up! This is what happened... the tents blew away and broke😭😭

For everyone asking......... Unfortunately we had an issue with our generator and food prep table/cooler that we could not get to work properly today. I would rather have a few disappointed customers then have my license taken away because I did not have the proper cold/hot food holding, hand washing and power. With no power I have no hand sink, food warmers, POS system, etc. Trust me, not being able to set up this weekend hurts in more ways than one. I will do everything in my power to be set up all three days next weekend! It's not about being unprofessional, it's about making a professional decision to keep my license and to keep my customers from getting sick by serving food without proper hand washing and food temps.

Due to unforseen circumstances we will not be out this weekend 😞😞 I will update about next weekend

Today we will have 40 mph wind gusts and the next two days rain and thunderstorms....which means we are unable to set up😥 but no worries we will be back in action next weekend! 😁 I will post our schedule this weekend!
