That was my last fat Christmas.
People always ask me if the pic on the left is distorted. Nope that was just my body and face! Iām now 8 lbs from my final goal weight, although I still plan to take off some more fat and add some muscle.
If I appear to be cooler than you it is merely because I just ran a mile without stopping for the first time in my entire life. I realize how sad that sounds but I was carrying 130 lbs extra weight which is almost exactly twice my current self. Anyway itās been a goal for as long as I can remember and I just did it 50 hours fasted. It felt amazing and Iām gonna try for 2 miles tomorrow before breaking my fast Thursday.
Last one was easy, this one is hard. I drank a little alcohol on my last refeed and thatās probably why Iāve been hungrier and losing slower. Coping by staying busy, working out, drinking Snake Juice.
