Offically another year older and today of all days my page has hit 300 likes! ❌ CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY ❌

Over the past few weeks I have had an increasing amount of sessions canceled at late notice and/or no shows when I have already arrived at the location.

Out of courtesy I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. I usually have a busy schedule and I am often unable to fit people in. No shows and late cancellations mean I am left with a slot I can’t fill at short notice. As my prices are still quiet low, I am finding people aren’t giving the respect to reschedule with enough notice or not getting in contact to cancel. Because of this, retainer fees will be 50% of the session price and need to be paid before the time frame you are after is booked.
I reserve a time slot especially for you. When booking with me and signing the contract, you are accepting the terms and conditions.
As a courtesy, a text/email to confirm your shoot will be sent 48hrs prior to your shoot date.

Late Arrivals

I make every effort to maintain time commitments and I request that you extend the same courtesy to me. I understand that special circumstance may arise, which may cause you to run a few minutes behind. The coming months I will be scheduling more clients on the days I am available as my availability will slowly become more limited. Depending on the session you have reserved for that day and the timing required, If you are more than 15 mins late for a booking, I may not be able to fulfil your entire session. In some cases I may ask you to reschedule in order to provide I am ready and avaliable for my next client.
As always, thank you for your patience and loyalty. I completely understand that life doesn't always go to plan and that there may be exceptional circumstances and would never wish to penalise the majority of my clients however I must make you aware of this policy at the time of booking.
