Qualifications/Requirements :
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year experience in M&E Building Services Design
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Candidates based in Miri are preferable
- Must have own vehicle and possess a valid driving license
- Possess a good learning attitude and self-motivated
- Disciplined and committed to meet project deadlines
- Candidate with the skill of BIM/Revit/CAD Drafting will be an added advantage

Job Descriptions :
- To liaise with clients/architects/engineers to understand the nature of the project and to produce detailed Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawing including keep track of changes.
- To prepare necessary calculations pertaining to design work.
- Design & drafting of M&E drawings for submission, tender and construction purposes.
- Documents preparation for submission, tender and construction purposes.

Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for the implementation of the construction works from project commencement to completion in terms of QAQC Compliances
- Monitor and ensure the project schedule is on track so to complete the project within the tight schedule.
- Liaise with Authorities and relevant departments for approval and ensure works carry out smoothly
- Liaise with the Clients, Consultants, Supplier/Sub-Contractors on all matters in relation to construction works.
- Inspect all works carried out by subcontractors
- Preparation of Shop drawings or working drawings
- Prepare RFI and other relevant forms
- Prepare monthly project progress claim
- Carry out inspection on work done
- Computer literate and competent in AUTOCAD
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
