When you got it, you got it & this woman has it! A custom made fur where we repurposed one of her beautiful vintage Hermes for her crown lining. At first it broke my heart to cut it but then I just got to love it • tres chic!

This cool guy and I met when he invited me to be a speaker at TEDx Galapagos, where I talked about inspiration within nature and silence. Galapagos has always played a major part in my creative process. Today, 8 years later, he welcomes me to his beautiful Design Hotel to open my first store, BARONESA. A space that when I set foot in last December, it seemed to have been made for me. That’s flow! Thank you, my friend!

Este crack de y yo nos conocimos cuando me llamó a invitarme a ser speaker para TEDx Galápagos, donde hablé sobre la inspiración creativa en la naturaleza y el silencio. A Naku collection hat going to where it all started, to the jungle, on the head of my sweet & amazing girl who now works alongside my jungle fam .fridman Baronesa Hats was born there, .com.ec , on the hammock under a tree, after a powerful ceremony. It was meant for her! Witsaja 🌳

Get lost in the hat sauce with our new tie dyes, a true classic, perfect Summer vibes when shading from the sun ☀️!
Each of our straw hats is first handwoven by our artisans, then they go through a double hand dye process to color it and after get laid out to dry. Afterwards, we block them in each desired shape and finally finish them off with silks, lava beads, stones, shells 🐚 making each piece a “one of a kind” 🌱

El Gr**go Stu, Mr. Boots, Silver Fox- to me, Daddy. An archive photo of him holding my little brother, Cedric by the hand ❤️I’ve always loved this pic because it reminds me of his fun & loving soul. Western vibe & adventurous spirit has indeed run in my fam. Dad was born in New York, lived out West in New Mexico in his younger days, was in the Navy and flew in WW2, all this before moving to Miami, where I was born. He loved horses, the sea, planes, nature and gambling too 😉& he was an amazing charcoal drawer. The good ole’ American Spirit is in my blood 🩸 & I miss him so!
