I had never have any little confidence to do because I become overweight after giving birth to 2 munchkins. Surprisingly I'm into the form now and I'm fitting into my old clothes which is more than awesome.

Also very happy to help achieve their Target weight and Giving them a Quality Life ❤️

Reason behind my eeeeee teeth is I'm fitting into same blouse which I stitched at time of my marriage 💃💃💃
Finally I can wear saree worryfree ✌🏼

After second pregnancy I put on so much weight and felt I would never et back to shape.
But mind Changes like magic. From April suddenly I thought of doing nutrition course but people around me kept laughing that I'm overweight and how can I do something like fitness course. Something fired me up since then started my weightloss journey in a serious note. So far reduced 22kgs and still working towards my Target weight.
I successfully completed my course after many many hurdles. Studying and planning my career along with infant is not that easy. Still I wanted to do it.
And now become a successful Health & wellness coach and satisfactorily started working.
Anyone who struggling to lose weight, please suggest me I can make anyone lose weight easily.

That was a totally satisfied Birthday.

I'm posting these photos now just with fingertip but last year this time around 6.00pm. life got stucked. After gone through soooo much pain we both was finally Alive. Yes I mean we are alive after facing so many troubles. That night I should be unconscious but I kept blabbering something all through night. Then, a nurse came with a sleeping dose made me dozed off for an hr. My heart pounded very hardly which didn't allow me to sleep thinking about this little one in NICU.

Early morning around 3.00am when one nurse rushed and asked my husband to come to NICU I'M almost done. Tears rolling... Waiting for my husband to come back, I was breathing a lot and tried to kept myself calm. But I couldn't.

When My husband enters room I kept seeing his eyes rather than asking anything. Once I see his happy eyes I am all relieved. Yes, he told that happy news he saw our son and he is doing good. With god's grace without need for any ventilation or life support he survived and discharged from NICU and came to my hands.

It's been Long 5months since I looked myself in mirror more than 2minutes. Yes postpartum tiredness and taking care of 2kids whole solely is not that easy. Same time I'm not into depression as well. Managing everything without parents / in laws help. Feel proud about myself., These Days are precious and can never get back. So enjoying each n every moment. Making moments into memories.
