Who or what is God? The Creator? Us?

I love contemplation and meditation as a way to go inward and seek the Truth of who we are. Or of what we are. As humans we tend to live a life of egoic content, of nothingness. While the creator, the context of us, as everything, is our truth! CONTEMPLATE!! Ask yourself!

We must think and speak consciously. Our words literally create the fabric of our reality. we can create beautiful loving experiences in life or we can create darkness and destruction. Therefore, focus and speak on what you DO want to see in your life, not what you DO NOT! One love! 🌎💖✨🙏🏽

How often do we ask the question “WHY??” Here is an important distinction to keep in mind when posing this question. Make sure you are asking the question WHY from a place of true inquisitiveness and curiosity! This means that after you ask the question there are no thoughts about how a person or situation should be other than how they are. If you are asking the question WHY and then have an opinion as to how something should be different, this is actually judgment. This will instantaneously lower your vibration as well as affect the person you are judging. Judgement and love cannot occupy the same emotion. So make sure your questions are from pure intention and attached with love, no judgment. One love! 🌎💖🙏🏽🥰

The older I get, the more I realize that so many of the wise, old sayings have such a literal meaning to them. When dealing with a memory or an event that you are continuing to process and it’s causing you pain, if you literally envision God‘s light, love, shining on it you will begin to feel it’s clearing and release.
