Instant Coconut Laddu Recipe ππ
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cup of coconut powder
1 tbsp of clarified butter (desi ghee)
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup +3 tbsp of milk
1/2 cup of milk powder
Few drops of almonds essence
Yellow food colour
How to make
Take a pan with clarified butter and heat it
Now add coconut powder and cook it for 2 minutes
Now add sugar and milk and essence
Now add milk powder and cook it for 2 minutes
Now make a soft dough from it
Now turn off the stove and let it cool
Now divide this dough into 2 equal parts
Add yellow food colour in one part
Now take white part and make small laddu from it
Now take yellow part and make big laddu from it
Now take yellow laddu and fill white laddu into it
Now take 3 tbsp of coconut powder and And apply coconut powder on these laddus
Now garnish it with almonds
Now enjoy it β€οΈ π

Ingredients
3 bowl of water
1 bowl of sugar
1 bowl of wheat flour
1 bowl of clarified butter (desi ghee)
How to make
Take a pan and add water and sugar
Now cook it until sugar melts
Take a karahi and add desi ghee and wheat flour
Now cook the flour until its color becomes light brown
Now add sugar water and keep stirring it till it comes in solid form β€οΈβ€οΈππ»ππ»

Sooji Dhokla Recipe ππ
Ingredients
Semolina (suji) 2 cup
Fresh curd 1 cup
Water 1 /2 cup
Grated carrot 1
Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Eno fruit salt 1 sachet
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
For the tempering
1 tsp butter
1 tsp mustard seeds
How to make
Take a bowl and add semolina,curd and water and mix it well
Now add carrot and coriander leaves and mix it well and rest it for 15 minutes
Now add salt, black pepper, eno fruit salt and little amount of water and mix it well
Now pour it into greased mould and sprinkle some chilli flakes on it
Now put it in the preheated karahi for 25 to 30 minutes on low flame
Now let it cool and demold it
Now cut it into pieces
Now take a pan with butter and heat it
Now add some mustard seed and put this dhokha pieces on the pan
Now cook it with both sides
Now enjoy this Suji Dhokha with green chutney or coconut chutney β€οΈπ

Tawa Pulao Recipe ππ
Ingredients
Boiled rice 2 cup
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 2
Tomato 2 chopped
Sweet Corn 1/2 cup
Carrot chopped 1
Capcicum 1 chopped
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Kichen king 1/4 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
How to make
Take karahi with oil and heat it
Now add garlic and cook it for a few seconds
Now add onion, carrot, capcicum and cook it for 5 minutes
Now add sweet corn and salt,red chilli powder, garam masala, kitchen king and butter
Now add soya sauce and vinegar and mix it well
Now add boiled rice and cook it for 3 minutes
Now garnish it with coriander leaves
Now enjoy this Tawa Pulao πβ€οΈ

Masala Chilly Potato ππ
Ingredients
Boiled potatoes 5
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic ( chopped) 2 tbsp
Carrot (cut it into long length pieces)
Capcicum (cut it into long length pieces)
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
Soya souce 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
How to make
Take a karahi add add oil and heat it
Now add garlic and cook it for few seconds
Now add carrot and cook it for 2 minutes
Now add capcicum and cook it for 3 minutes
Now add salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala,soya sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar
Now mix it well with little water
Now add boiled potatoes and cover it with lid and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame
Now enjoy this Masala Chilly Potato πβ€οΈ
Healthy Channa Laddu ππ
Ingredients
350 gm wheat flour
350 gm roasted gram(bhune hue channe)
500 gm sugar
150 gm cashew nuts (chopped)
150 gm almonds (chopped)
500 gm clarified butter (desi ghee)
How to make
Take roasted gram and grind it
Now take 2 tbsp of desi ghee and add cashew nuts and roast it for 2 minutes on low flame
Now transfer it to the plate
Now add almond and roast it for 2 minutes on low flame and transfer it to the plate
Now take karahi and add wheat flour and cook it on low flame till its color becomes slightly light brown
Now add roasted grinded gram and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame
Now add desi ghee and cook it for 2 minutes
Now add roasted nuts and mix it well
Now turn off the stove and add powdered sugar and mix it well
Let it cool slightly and make laddu
Now enjoy delicious Channa Laddu ππβ€οΈ

Ring Onion Snacks ππ
Ingredients
3 onion
1 cup of gram flour
1/2 water
1 tsp salt
1/4 cumin powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp pudina powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
How to make
Take onion and peel them
Wash them and cut it into circle
Now put them in cold water for 1/2 an hour
Now remove the water and transfer it to the plate
Now take gram flour in a bowl and add salt,red chilli powder, pudina powder, cumin powder and chaat masala
Now add water and mix it well
Now heat the oil for frying
Now add ring Onion into the bowl and fry them
Enjoy it with tomato sauce β€οΈπ
