Finally found the perfect sunscreen for my skin! ❤️☀️

and I met last winter in Cape Town. We’re just talked about this and that and somehow we came to kiting in the sun and sunscreen. When she told me about her project I was more than excited.

With my bright skin and slightly red hair I’m just not made to be in the sun.
So- as I say quite often - I choosed the wrong sport for my type of skin!
But I just love kiting too much.

Over the last years I struggled and tested and burned myself again and again.
I never found the perfect solution to go kiting without being afraid of the sun!

Buuuuuuuut when I met Susi and heared from the Sunscreen - I was speechless!
Finally something that really protects my skin, smells good, isn’t sticky and doesn’t burn in my eyes!

Thanks for putting that much work and heart into the products! It makes my life way easier and my skin health way better!

I’m so thankful to be part of this amazing brand! ❤️

Women in Big Air / Women in Kiteboarding!
5 Years ago the first Women Big Air competition took place and I participated.
Queen is Born - A small, very familiary happening with lots of supportive and motivating people. Organised and filled with passion and badass kiting by the one and only !
Over the last years, Big Air in general, and Women Big Air got bigger and bigger. When I started doing Big Air, just a hand full of girls pulled loops and went huge in the strongest wind. Now, couple of years later, posts with girls looping and doing crazy, extreme stuff are popping up everyday. You see more girls at the spots and in stronger wind and ‘Womens Worlds First’ tricks are common.
It’s amazing to see the development and the support womens get for being ‘Badass Big Air Kites’ and not for wearing bikinis while kiting.
I’m excited what will happen in the next years and how far the level, the support and the whole scene will come!
I’m so thankful, I was part of it couple of years ago and still be a part.
Looking back on the last years, I wished I would have spend more time on my own progression.
But it is how it is! I’m gonna focus now on finding the best balance between progress, enjoying every moment and appreciate, accept and learn out of everything that comes! ❤️
