So excited to teach some friends, some family, and some new faces (hopefully🤞)this Saturday at Gleason Park! My yoga is for all levels, it’s Hatha yoga, I always try to offer modifications for every level and every body type. Donation Based!

Hey guys!!! It’s just a donation based class so it’s great if you just wanna try out yoga for the first time! I love having a practice outdoors, in nature! I’d love to see you there! Bring your own mat and maybe a towel to soften if you have sensitive knees 🌳🧘♀️☮️✌️🌳
