Project Convergence 21, , allowed us, and our sister services, to experiment with over 100 new technologies to improve interoperability. I was out here for Project Convergence 20 and I've seen exponential progress since last year. We're trying before we buy; we’re driving before we buy; we’re flying before we buy. What we are seeing, at least from where I'm sitting having watched this over the years, is we are getting quality systems in the hands of Soldiers at the speed of relevance. America lost a national treasure with the passing of retired Gen. Colin Powell. He was a true Soldier, statesman, and leader of exceptional integrity. We are immensely saddened by his passing and hope that his family may find solace in the great legacy he leaves behind. We will never forget his steadfast leadership and service to our Army and our Nation.
