I'm mostly doing this for me but I'm sharing my path way towards success through eating healthy and
80 cal for one slice of bacon 34 cal for egg whites and 5 cal for lettuce equaling to 119 of healthy snack also drink some lemon green tea with it to help with metabolism
As you can see in the background a meal prepping I'm doing certain weight out food and a Ziploc so all I have to do in the morning time is throwing in the pot add a little spice and go to work
I also ad cayenne pepper to my coffee to help with metabolism
Already walked a mile this morning and cook me a really good healthy breakfast.
Going for 2 miles tomorrow
Two eggs a cup of broccoli and 2 oz of chicken
Making for 201 calories four mornings breakfast
I do the best I can to keep under 300 calories and every meal to leave room for snacking throughout the day
Sometimes mental health is equally as important as watching your physical health. Still didn't really go that far off of the budget by eating bacon chicken and jalapenos but the mental bonuses was well worth it 💕 stay healthy keep going achieve your goals
So I'm doing a no out to eat November, ain't going to deny it's really hard so I'm probably consuming more at home and hopefully I will adjust to my new habit fairly soon. But until I get used to eating less calories I'm walking a lot more to curve that appetite every time I want to go out to eat I go on a walk. I walk 1 mile when I start craving things.
It's amazing your choice and food how many calories difference there is yesterday I really blew the budget With 810 cal with hardly anything on my plate and hungry afterwards. Compared to today with 553 but completely full and didn't even eat everything off my plate.
Walked two and a half miles apparently going around the track in the rain. I ate eggs on toast with a side of tomato I don't know how many calories cuz I been weighed out I do apologize getting back into the system. Feel free to friend me on either misfit or walk tracker or MyFitnessPal
Here's a progress picture since I haven't posted one in forever. Still only 28.6 lb lost since December of last year but that's still a lot. Even with all the falling off the wagon weeks
hey everybody fell off the bandwagon for a little bit but back on track now just made this wonderful stir fry that calculated up to 387 calories. I have a cup of jasmine rice that's 180 calories along with a cup of stir fry I made from from some spare pork loin I made the other day 227. Walked around for two miles around my apartment, and going to spend the rest of the day working on jewelry 😁 I only have about 450 calories left for the day but that should be fairly simple since most of my meals sums up to 300 calories

I'm going to guess that this one is between 500 and 600 calories because I didn't weigh everything but it was super awesome very wholesome and healthy filling meal . The quiche was jalapenos onion and tomato with time giving it a Herby delicious taste with low calories you can also make it into egg white quiche to have less calories. 4 oz of steak and squash from the farmers market with onions. Baked kale as the garnish but it was also edible and delicious

That last pound is just hanging in tight and this bento box breakfast probably doesn't help too much being 525 calories. I had some leftover rice and I wanted to be able to use it with some turkey bacon my personal mixture of salad and egg. the rice is 300 calories at a cup and a half. Two slices of turkey bacon is 90 the salad it is 45 calories. And the egg is 90
Yesterday I finished up my day with a $5 fill up box with KFC 😥 and then some kayaking.
Today I worked at Amazon dead probably about 2 miles of walking along with a lot or pushing heavy carts on picking up heavy bags. And I just got home made me some breakfast and pre-prepped some extra food so I can do better next time
Total calories in egg white with basil collard greens, 3 oz of beef with a little chicken seasoning, and one roma tomato equals out to 276. I also had a coffee at Amazon with who knows how many calories LOL.
It's okay to falter a little bit just don't make it a habit!;
Okay so breakfast was with the low-calorie bread turkey bacon and one large egg
Bread =90 , egg=90 , bacon= 90 ~270 cal
But I also a drink green tea with honey adding an additional 120 calories. It got to watch the hidden calories!!!
Total breakfast= 390
And my lunch is a pork tenderloin with my cucumber tomato salad.
Pork3oz= 128, butter to cook=25, salad2cups=65 honey and tea= 180
Total lunch=398
And I did go on a walk with my dog about a thousand feet -20 cal
Last part of the day cuz I was looking for a little bit sweet snack, PB and honey on low calorie bread. Ended up being 550 calories.
I usually try not to consume that many carbs and that heavy calorie count before bed.... O well
End of day total calorie count with no exercise today= 1370 call consumed
Just had a sauteed beef 4 oz and cucumber tomato onion vinaigrette salad approximately 370 calories always calculate 10 to 15 more calories then it might be due to the fact I'm not quite sure how many calories are in it.
sauteed the beef in butter making it a hundred calories but you can make a more healthier choice to lower the calorie count. I also season 2 my beef with beef bullion that only adds about 10 more calories to add a ton more flavor. Really enjoyed this meal.
and just so anybody that comes across my page knows I am not a thin person this telling you to lose weight LOL I actually hit 220 lb in December the heaviest I've ever been in my entire life and decided that I needed a change. I am currently at 202 and my personal goal weight is 150 lb that is where I felt comfortable but I am giving myself small goals in between once I hit 200 it's going to be a celebration once I hit 175 I'm going to be aesthetic and of course I know that last 25 lb is going to be a super struggle. so this page is to build confidence know that other people are with you on your struggle so we can talk about it and see what we can do for your ultimate goal. you never know what tips and tricks other people have to help you with your ultimate goal in life.
So I had one blueberry yogurt to egg whites half a tomato two pieces of turkey bacon a cup of broccoli 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of creamer in my coffee. Adding my breakfast / brunch up to 450 calories.
Little tricks that I'm adding in between is drinking green tea in between meals to help with digestion
normally I don't do a yogurt but I swam four times last week and I felt like I needed a little extra energy to keep me going today. One cup of blueberry yogurt is 140 calories.
