Cloud meditation
Feeling like you need a moment to release? Try this meditation ☁️ ⬇️ ☁️ Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind. Allow yourself to let go of any tension or distractions. ☁️ Imagine yourself lying on a grassy meadow, looking up at the sky. Picture a serene and clear blue sky above you. Take a moment to observe the stillness and expansiveness of the sky. ☁️ Now, imagine fluffy white clouds beginning to form and float gently across the sky. Observe their various shapes, sizes, and textures. Allow your mind to be fully present in this moment, focusing solely on the clouds. ☁️ As you continue to watch the clouds, do you notice any thoughts or worries that arise in your mind? Instead of holding onto them, imagine placing each thought onto a cloud and letting it drift away. Release any mental or emotional burdens, allowing them to dissolve into the sky. ☁️ Shift your attention back to the clouds and the vastness of the sky. Take a moment to express gratitude for the beauty and peace that exists in this moment. ☁️ Slowly bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings. Remember, the purpose of this meditation is to cultivate a sense of calm, presence, and inner peace. Enjoy your cloud meditation journey and come back to this practice whenever you need it!

Need to calm your anxious mind?
Need to calm your anxious mind? Explore box breathing. Box breathing is a practice that can help with anxiety, trouble falling asleep, stress relief, and general relaxation. Ready to try? Follow the video and read the directions below for a reminder. Try your best to be in a quiet space where you can focus on your breathing. Find a comfortable seat, palms resting on your lap, grounding both your feet into the floor. Inhale slowly and count to 4, filling your lungs with oxygen. Hold your breath in and count to 4. Exhale slowly and count to 4, emptying your lungs fully. Hold slowly and count to 4. Repeat this cycle 4 times or until you feel relief from your anxiousness.
