As some of you know I’ve been exploring the possibility of starting a monthly Women’s Circle for a while and I’ve now sorted dates and times and venue. For generations and throughout the world women have joined together in Circle to provide love, support, sharing and learning. I’ve attended lots of these powerful groups over the years and each provide a safe space to gather. Our new Circle will meet monthly in a hall in Largs, North Ayrshire on the first Monday of the month from 7.30 - 9.00pm beginning on Monday 5th February. Our format will grow organically but will include meditation, a theme for the evening, how to harness our creative power, exploring our energy healing abilities and honouring the natural world. Today I spent a wonderful couple of hours with a group and we concentrated on ‘being’ not ‘doing’ and how often during our day do we truly gift ourselves space to just ‘be’ without any guilt? Food for thought and we put together our ‘to be lists’ instead of our ‘to do lists’ ❤️❤️
