A South Window City woman was attacked while trying to feed a creeper. She was treated by a student of Dr. Huan with 2 medicines. It is creeper season, and we urge everyone not to feed creepers or go near them. If you see a creeper in the area, please inform a soldier.

The South Window City guards have arrested the Rune Shop Keeper for forging his runemaster certificate from Greenhill Academy. Jeane, the President of the Rune Association, has yet to comment.

The scoundrels have increased in Kuskus town due to Oulan's absence. Oulan was giving a seminar at Greenhill Academy when General Ridley ordered the boat travel ban to Lakewest town due to the increasing number of bandits in the water. Reports show that Oulan is currently living at the inn in Kobold village until travel restrictions are lifted.
