Final Countdown

Same lunch again today. Boring maybe but I really like them atm. So far keeping to all my calories per day no matter how tempting a massive cake is, this chunky arse says no 🤣

Day 3. And so far I have been on track (I know it’s only day 3) but I achieved even going to the pub last night And still being in my calories. So very pleased with that.

Toasted hummus and falafel and spinach wrap for lunch today. It was super yummy.

Day 1. And a positive start! Yes I’m delayed but my boys had their birthdays last week and I decided to enjoy them and then I can focus 100%. Rather than feeling guilty. Ordered a George Foreman grill to help, mainly to use at lunch and for toasting wraps etc. But all helps and now looking at air fryers as it can be used for general use as well as useful when camping, which I do a lot of,

Welcome to my blog. I have decided to creat this like many others in order to motivate, inspire and also to keep memory of my journey. Weight loss has never been easy for me with having PCOS, being on various medications, an illness that has left me quite immobile, but the challenge is set. I hope to do weekly updates on this and post the highs the lows and hopefully my success story in the end. January 1st will be my starting point, and will be using good old fashioned calorie counting and good choices. (Hopefully)
