Pound cake gets the name of ‘pound cake’ because of its ingredients: one pound each of flour, butter, sugar, and eggs - seems to be tasty and nice with the scent of butter, but with high fats and high level of sugar.

Thus, the version of our pound cakes are gluten-free, no butter, made with LGI sugar and diabetic friendly. Dense texture and yummy taste are still remained after our reformation.
