Here is Justin getting ready to receive T-cells in a CAR-T trial, a ground-breaking therapy intended to train his own immune system to destroy the rhabdomyosarcoma cells. We know that his willingness to participate in these kinds of trials will make a difference for those who are diagnosed with the disease. is pretty hard to say! Here's your chance to learn how to say it properly and to gain a tiny bit of understanding about this aggressive type of cancer that predominantly impacts children, but can clearly also be diagnosed in young adults and older adults as well.

Survival rates for vary by a range of factors, including the original location of the tumor, how far the disease has spread, and the molecular makeup of the disease. Spoon was initially placed in the Intermediate Risk category with a 50-70% chance of five-year survival. Later he was found to have a particularly aggressive mutation in his tumor. We have so much to learn about this disease, which is why research is critical!

Alice's Arc is made up of a series of arcs. Spoon's Arc is part of the US expansion (501c3 pending), and along with all of the other arcs, pool funds raised to make investments in groundbreaking research like this!
