Cacao & Shamanic Drum Circle

This will be a deeper dive into the journeys so far, with a full Drum bath along with our usual circle 🥁 🪘
I will also be offering reiki during your journey, and the usual cacao to help us connect with our hearts and own inner wisdom.
I have experienced Laura's Drum baths before, and it was an incredible exercise. Using her Drum, voice and rattles to guide you along your journey 🙏🏽

With the spring equinox, known as Ostara, approaching, and bringing with it the hope of spring, warmer weather and lighter evenings. I'm happy to be a part of 2 beautiful events.

Being a time of renewal and rebirth, let's celebrate together with like minds and open hearts 💕

The first gathering being on the Equinox itself, the 20th March and the second on Sunday 24th March.

Happy new year and new cycle!
2024 appears to be another very interesting year to come....full of expansion and change and so much inbetween!

So a time to really take care if ourselves and each other ❤️

I am really excited about the events, The Little Cwtch, has to offer over the coming months. Having now found a venue and made some incredible connections along the way 🙏🏽

I'm not going to be constantly posting on here but there will be some amazing events to come, so please check in now and again so as not to miss them, and please feel free to share with anyone you feel might benefit from the gathering of like minds.

The Little Cwtch is about creating a safe space, where beautiful souls can join together to share their wisdom, their knowledge, stories and questions. The intention, is to bring people together to feel seen and held, through such changing times. Without judgement. And I'm so very lucky to be joining up with some truly beautiful women to be able to make this happen ❤️ (our events are not just for women, they're all inclusive)

The first of many gatherings will be held on the 28th January in Rusthall. More info to follow....but not to be missed!

So, last night - new harvest moon in virgo. Sorry for the late share!

Still time though as her energy will be with us for another day and it's thought you should release your intentions the night you see the first slip of the moon after the new moon 🌙

Virgo is a pretty precise sign of the zodiac, taking time to analyse information, make sense of it and perfect it!

Harvest is a time of gathering all the fruits from our labour and planting of seeds in the spring.

Putting that into our intentions is key for this new moon. Appreciating where we are and how much we have grown since the last virgo full moon, in March I think, and working out which bits no longer serve.
What we want to create going forwards and what we can now discard to make room.

Nothing is, nor needs to be perfect, but like picking your tomatoes from your plants, you notice the holes made by the slugs, the not so ripe ones,the split ones, over ripe ones and maybe still use them but perhaps not for the salad! 🤷🏽‍♀️😊

Time to sit with ourselves and take stock before we send our intentions for going forwards, out to the slip of the moon and prepare for this new moon cycle 🌙🌑✨️

We've also been and still are.in, a great time of retrogrades....nothing unusual as apart from Mars and venus, they all go retrograde every year quite regularly...but, not all together as they have this time. So we will be feeling this and eill continue too. But will also feel things shift again as planets begin to move direct again.

Still such exciting times and a real time to keep gathering and sharing.
