SELF CARE
I went to my acupuncturist recently & want to share my experience with you!
I have acupuncture at least once every month to three months which helps to balance & align me.
I first lay on my back so my face, legs & arms can get a little treatment, then I lay on my tummy to give my back & neck some attention.
I get a twenty min massage then I have cupping done on my entire back & calves, to relieve muscle pain, promote cell repair & pull toxins out of my system which also helps to balance & align me.
I have a list of favorite things I do for self care:

Cleanse Drink !!
I started a cleanse today! I blended a refreshing drink with baby spinach, baby kale, lemon, ginger, green apple, celery & water!
I love to use baby kale & spinach because they’re a little sweeter.
I also put the whole lemon in since most of the nutrients are in the peel.
This drink is great for energy & of course health!

Ginger Scallion Rice Bowl !!
For dinner I made ginger scallion rice bowls with cod, snow peas & spinach!
It was tasty; however, I accidentally added too much salt! I’ve got to be extra careful with salt, I don’t want to raise my blood pressure!
