Please join the ZOOM meetings to discuss the development of the Gerst Property. The Perry Hall Improvement Association (PHIA) is fighting hard to not have 280+ houses on this property. They need our support, the support of each individual in order to have a more reasonable amount of houses.
Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Friday announced that he would be seeking to pause development on Gerst Farm in Perry Hall.
