Today we lost Wings' and The Moody Blues Denny Laine on the 50th Anniversary of Band On The Run's release. Denny, Paul and Linda recorded the album in Lagos, Nigeria. Here they are pictured with some kids from the album artwork. Denny was 79. Give the record a spin today if you can.
In 4h grade we were given the assignment to write a thank you letter to the First Lady for her televised tour of The White House. I was one of two kids to get a response. My most cherished keepsake. Today we think about the President and Mrs Kennedy. Thought I'd share.
