For the poor & Needy he created International Development and Welfare Foundation (IDWF) to provide education and medical support to the underprivileged.
Winner of Xtraordinary Lives Foundation Award in Bali. Nominated as a Finalist for the Sankalp Awards as the Best Enterprise in the education industry with a Social Impact. Manoj Raorane is the Director of ZOI Healthcare & CEO at Medi Speciality Pharma.
Prior to this he worked as Dy. General Manager Sales and Marketing with Reliance Life Sciences Pvt Ltd

Also he is been awarded by a Special Contribution award for the year 2019-20 by Maharashtra Business Club.
He is also awarded as the Best MBCian Award for the year 2018-19 by Maharashtra Business Club.

As we are closing towards our first summit, we are glad to present you more insights from our Secretary Shri. Sagar Raorane.

He has done his BE (Electrical) from Mumbai University. Later was hired as Technical Specialist in renowned MNC IBM. Moved up the ladder to become Regional Sales Manager in the firm after 16 yrs of joining the firm. Developed focus to agriculture & successfully cultivated sugarcane, coconut, cashews & mangoes in home land of Lore, Vaibhavwadi. Adopted modern technology like crop per soil & drip irrigation for successful cultivation. Vision is to establish successful link between crops at homeland to end purchaser in city. To make people of homeland prosperous & self sufficient in agriculture & related industries.

As the Director of Adroit, Sushant is responsible for overall smooth functioning of the business with main focus on sales and marketing. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy & has done his MBA in Marketing. Sushant has a proven marketing management track record & over 15 years of experience. Prior to his entrepreneurial debut with Adroit, he had worked with companies like, Elder Healthcare Ltd, Emcure Pharmaceuticals, Piramal Healthcare & Abbott Healthcare. As an eminent marketer he possesses diverse & wide ranging experience in various therapy areas including Dermatology & Cosmetology, Gynecology, Cardiology & Antibiotics. At Adroit, he led the transformation of a digital creative agency earlier established as Adroit Digital Ideas into a derma cosmetic oriented pharma company now known as Adroit Biomed Ltd. with a passion to make a difference in the field of dermatology. He is instrumental in developing strategic alliances globally with companies like Lucas Meyer (France), Novelty Pharma (Swiss), Sederma (France) & Davos (Singapore). He has received many awards & recognitions in various meets conducted by AIOCD AWACS, Indian Business Leadership Conclave and Pharma Leadership Summit.
