We all have them …it’s who we choose to sit next to that can make the difference 💖

"Today was a Difficult Day," said Pooh.
There was a pause.
"Do you want to talk about it?" asked Piglet.
"No," said Pooh after a bit. "No, I don't think I do."
"That's okay," said Piglet, and he came and sat beside his friend.
"What are you doing?" asked Pooh.
"Nothing, really," said Piglet. "Only, I know what Difficult Days are like. I quite often don't feel like talking about it on my Difficult Days either.
"But goodness," continued Piglet, "Difficult Days are so much easier when you know you've got someone there for you. And I'll always be here for you, Pooh."
And as Pooh sat there, working through in his head his Difficult Day, while the solid, reliable Piglet sat next to him quietly, swinging his little legs...he thought that his best friend had never been more right."

It’s okay for them to walk away, Let go of what you can’t control. We can’t control the actions of other people

✨Let them ignore you
✨Let them walk away
✨Let them not fully see you
✨Let them not appreciate you
✨Let them not make you a priority
✨Let them not see your worth

At the end of the day it’s them that is missing out on a wonderful kind , loving and caring person and it’s not your job to make people see you , don’t lose yourself trying to control how others see you , you only have to look after you and your mental health. Stop putting people before yourself and stop letting people’s opinions of you dictate how you live your life, this is your life live it for you. It’s okay to walk away from unhappy/ unhealthy situations, it’s okay to put yourself first.🦋

It’s only a short trip don’t waste it putting yourself in a box of other people’s expectations and opinions on how you should live your life , free yourself and start living for yourself 🦋
