Becoming 2024

I am on a mission this year to be much more active in creating. In growing.
I am now certified in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and working on my fourth which is Dreamweaver(web design).
Time to put all that creative knowledge to good use.
Here is a quick sort of sci-fi environmental study that I was working on. There was no set end in mind. Just having a little bit of fun.

I know it has been a great while. My kids and school take up most of my time as of now but trying to squeeze in some room for play and experimenting. I love patterns of course so created a quick floral piece even though florals are driving my sinuses crazy at the moment. I hoping to create a little bit more and more since we are in Photoshop right now. I created this with Illustrator.

Morning loves! We don't have to think hard at all about the many punches and blows of 2020. There are countless events that our minds can get stuck dwelling on, and let's be honest, they can send us tumbling down the rabbit hole of depression.
A few days ago I decided that starting on the 1st of December I will be making a list for 25 days of the blessings in 2020. Will it be hard? No, not if our eyes are truly open to all the beauty that still remains and pay attention the wonderful things daily that we tend to overlook. I would love for any and everyone who is willing to join me. Please feel free to use this. I just ask that you credit the artist me. Let us end this trying year by counting our blessings and naming them one by one. God bless you this holiday season!

Good morning all! I am not here this early in the morning usually. I will probably be swamped with helping out with homework later. Yesterday I decided to make a kuwaii poster for my littelest one. She loves all things super cute. This was just a test to see how well I could draw in Photoshop for the first time. She loves it. I also turned it into a possible design for paper. Endless possibilities!

I've been experimenting away with ideas for a mini holiday set. Here are a few more ideas that I played around with. Printing is definitely next. I've named it Miracle. They may or may not change. That's the creative process.

So lately I have been diving a bit more in Photoshop experimenting with possible patterns. Since the holidays are upon us I decided to go with a Christmas theme. Here are just a few samples. Remember, I am a beginner. LOL! I do tend to give them an official craft test. Nothing like creating from your own creations.

So I noticed yesterday that the colors are way off than how they are originally on Photoshop. I forgot about that detail so I did a little tweaking on it. This is more true to my color choices. Learning curves...

Welcome, welcome, welcome! I created this page now that I can dabble into the world of graphics. With all things I know it will be a long process. I am always seeking to grow in creativity and graphics has been on my list for a while. Here is my first creation thanks to PHLEARN! If you want to learn all things Photoshop in a fun and easy to understand way Phlearn is it!!! I followed a tutorial in a text series to create this. Reach has been my word for this year and probably will be for next year as well. I know we have all had to reach to stay a float this year.
