After A LOT of thinking ! i’ve realized i have to put me and my mental first ❤️
ive been doing a LOT from Working a 9-5 being in school , trying to have a social life , being a business owner , a mentor , helping others , squeeze ins , taking appointments after working 10hr shifts , stressing myself and running off no sleep to please others , ….being a stylist isn’t just doing hair to me ….it’s a passion that i have and love ………ITS NOT EASY!!
it’s caused me so many mental breakdowns and moments where i wanted to give up but i kept pushing , …..my business means the world to me buttt…. 🫠i am taking a break and slowing down so that i can 1. get my mental to a good and healthy space 2. to get my sleep schedule together 😅 3. to focus on college figure out this real adult life 🤣😅 and to stop hearing my family and friends complain about how i drain myself lol !
Mentally i have been in a tough place honestly and it’s been hard trying to keep it together for my lovely clients but it’s about that time to take care of me ❤️
September is the last month i will be taking actual appointments, after september i will only be taking appointments when i feel up to it and actually have to time lol 😅
