Tried Red Heart amigurumi kit. Popcorn the bunny. Thumbs up to for making a kit that has enough yarn to complete the project. I have found that some of these kits do not come with enough yarn. I did change the eyes and the nose to safety ones. The kit does come with everything you need. It is also a simple pattern to follow. Now I need another one to try. Walmart here I come.

Fingerless mittens done in 2 weight yarn. 100% merino wool.

She is finished.

Just need to finish the tail. But this one is basically done.

So I have been a little quiet lately but I have been working on this little guy. Don't mind the strings.

Made this water bottle holder over the last few days.

Anyone needs a dish of scrubbies. Plus they are washable.

Hat is done for a friend and scrubby done to go into the stash.

I wanted a mug that was me. Definitely says it all.

First hat I worked from the bottom up. It was interesting.

So my son decided to grab some yarn on me and try to crochet. He is my artist kid. So he has a ball of yarn. I told him let me see it because he didn't know which kind he had. I touch it and told him it was cotton. So he called me a yarn nerd. Because I could tell the fiber by feel. I will take being know as a yarn nerd.
