1st time baking Florentine!
A tad too thick and needed to trial and error to get the temperature right too. Probably need to try again to make it thinner and find the optimal temp/time to bake.

Went to Chinatown Complex to support my uncle's Bak Chor Mee stall (Orh Huat, #02-033)! It was very good!
His speciality is the liver (I don't eat liver but hubby said it was very well done, the perfect texture!).
I'm not a big fan of pork but my uncle did it very well.. tender and flavourful!
Not go forget that the soup is very 清甜too!
Do go support if you are there for meals!
