Here is a list of the basic services that will be included in my pricing.
*Kitchen- Countertops and Backsplash cleaned. Outside faces wiped down.
All appliances exterior wiped down.
Floors swept and mopped.
Any additional services such as refrigerator clean out or whatever your needs may will are available for an additional cost.
* Bathrooms- Tubs, showers cleaned and disenfected. Sinks, faucets and vanity cleaned and disenfected. Shined up. Mirrors and any existing chrome wiped down.
Wastebaskets emptied
Toilets cleaned and disinfected.
*Bedrooms-Dusted
Doors and frames wiped down
Baseboards dusted
Beds made if linen is left out
General room tidying
All wastebaskets are emptied
All furniture throughout the house is dusted
Floors swept and mopped
Carpets vacuumed
Ceiling fans dusted
Window blinds dusted.
I will come out and assess your needs and wants. The first clean will be a top to bottom clean and would include more of a heavy duty details. If there are any items that you did not see that you would like cleaned, we can discuss upon my estimates. Thank you!
