My name is Karoline & I founded Cea when I realized that the clothing industry & the environment don't go hand in hand. I also struggle with sensitive skin and wanted options that weren't going to cause skin irritations. I love wearing comfortable clothes that don't restrict me so it was a no-brainer that athleisure wear was the way to go.

Some facts about me:

- I am from Norway but lived in the U.S. for about 8 years so I consider it my second home. I founded Cea when I was living in the U.S. but at the moment I am back in Norway.

- I always consider comfort combined with style when choosing an outfit. There's nothing worse than feeling restricted and uncomfortable all day.

- In my free time I love getting together with friends or family, drinking wine (or coffee), reading a book, watching a good show, going for hikes/walks, exercising, and taking trips to our cabin.

- I grew up by the ocean and I LOVE the ocean. I love watching it, being in it, listening to it, you name it. The o(cea)n is the inspiration behind the name Cea.

- I am currently working on being a more mindful shopper. We have an overconsumption issue in the world, and I am not perfect either. I still shop fast fashion at times and sometimes not very mindfully. However, I am working on it and this community has helped me a lot already (and not to mention all the horrible facts I learn while doing research for Cea).
