I want to thank Mr and Mrs. Williams for the opportunity to work on their property. It was a pleasure.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. Keep the stripes straight, edges sharp and the jokes rolling. But never forget why we do what we do: for the ones that call us dad.

Ever drive through one of those average neighborhoods and see those couple yards that pop? And you think, “Those people must have the same lawn man.” Thank you for your continued support.

As the owner and operator of Dads Finest Lawn Service, I recognize the importance in sponsoring certain organizations. Such as the local FFA. My daughters have been involved since junior high. They learned to read and write in school, learned manners from their mama, but I credit FFA with their leadership skills.

Last night, my youngest daughter was nominated as the 2024-2025 FFA president. She also received her FFA State Degree. Which is the highest honor that can be received while in school.

My oldest, who graduated last year and graduated as FFA president, received the FFA American Degree. This is the highest award that less than half of one percent of FFA members receive.

To say I’m proud is an understatement.

When I show up and mow your lawn to perfection, you’re not just supporting me. You’re supporting an organization that produces leaders and specifically two that are dear to my heart.

Thank you.

I want to thank all the supporters of this little side business that’s allowed me to do a little better for my family including investing in livestock projects of youth. I am thankful for the other companies that helped sponsor.

I want to wish everyone a Happy Easter today and thank everyone that’s supported me over the past two years.

Starting out, I thought about 8-10 accounts would be good for a part time gig as I worked toward retirement. I remember hitting 15 and thinking, this is it, it’s impossible to do one more.

I ended last season with 31 accounts. I worked really hard to maintain that and had no days off. It was okay, because I knew retirement was coming and this business would be hitting the ground running.

My number one goal everyday is the highest quality possible and customer satisfaction. Quality is more important to me than quantity.

Theres been a turn of events which is I am not retiring from my full time job. So to have a more manageable personal life, I’m cutting back on some accounts. I made a few notifications this morning. I am doing my best to leave no one hanging. I have very reputable people I can refer to.

Thanks again, and Happy Easter .

After this big cleanup last year, I’ve been maintaining the Wilson’s home picture perfect. They’re one of many satisfied customers I have in Trailmark.

I’ve spent the morning organizing a route this week. If I’ve been servicing you the past two years, you know I don’t do 20 dollar work. Going into my third year, there will be some price increases. I will address each account personally. I thank you all for your continued support. Please reach out if you’re ready for the first season cut.

Some days I see dead people, run to high priority calls at a high speed with my hair on fire, speak comfort to people that just lost a loved one, worry about whats under a seat, center armrest or glove compartment on a traffic stop all while prioritizing safety of recruits, beat partners and myself. I love it. I wouldn’t trade 25 years with a front seat to the greatest show on earth for anything.

But then some days I get to just mow grass.

Christmas lights and fresh stripes and those crispy edges, these are a few of my favorite things. Thank you Kristin for your continued support and letting me spiff you up just in time for Christmas.

We about to go do some last minute lawns before Christmas. Grinch is sporting Dads Finest safety yellow and I have my brand new custom sweater shirt from KCGrafix. If you can imagine a decal, sign, shirt or hat, they can make it come to life.

Dad’s Finest Lawn Service is a proud sponsor of Middleburg Highschool FFA. I’m a big believer in the program fostering future leaders. Your support helps support programs like this. Thank you!

Heading out to clean up a days worth of lawns in Trailmark today! I’ll be using my Echo PB 770 to clean up and may even push a few leaves (sticks, limbs, bricks, trees, anything else on the lawn) with the Redmax 7500. If you’re in Trailmark stop and say hello.

I brought a helper along today. Wish me luck!

Doesn’t matter if it’s growing or not. I can make it look better. Just a reminder that paying me to come clean up or mulch leaves through the season may be cheaper than waiting until they all fall.

Whatever old tradition you’re carrying on, or new tradition you’re starting, Happy Thanksgiving from Dad’Finest and the two that inspire me to do my best. The ones that call me dad.

I am thankful for your support!

Work hard, do your best, work every day and go over it again, and again, until it’s perfect.

KCGrafix hooked me up with my first official Dads Finest gear! I got hats, a few shirts, cards and door hangers! Kristen listened to an idea and literally made what was in my brain. If you need any custom apparel, stationary, hats, heck I don’t even know what all she can get…. But reach out to KCGrafix for all your needs.

If you see the Tundra near a striped yard and crispy edges, stop and say hello. Maybe ask for your own quote.

I love this lawn.

Thanks to a friend referring me to the Boatrights, I got to take care of this sweet old couples property today. Some of these jobs feel like a reciprocating blessing.

Mr Boatright told me some game was on as I was finishing. Said it was almost over though. Something about “Gators getting their butt kicked.”
