Buffalo Chicken Zucchini Boats.
Slice zucchini’s lengthwise and scoop out innards using a melon ball scoop or ice cream scoop. Next mix 8 oz cream cheese, 3 cups shredded chicken and 3-4 Tbsp buffalo sauce in your Classic Batter Bowl using a small Mix n Scraper. Stuff your boats and top with cheddar. Roast at 375 for 20 min in your Deluxe Air Fryer. Drizzle with ranch and enjoy.
