Beth Anne here...Hello fellow and sister askers, believers, and receivers! 🧲
Episode 014 is out and we are winging it again (I think we are allowed given the state of our "stay at home-ness!"
We talk about a lot of things in this episode, including mental clutter and journaling. Plus, as always, many fun tales from our personal lives. 😎
We do tangent off into the 80's and because both of happen to be wearers of the specs back in the day, I thought you all deserved to see a photo of my end-table-sized glasses circa 1980-ish. I hope Kori Jo Bennett posts her photo...her glasses went nearly down to her mouth.
❤️ You gotta love the 80s!
8️⃣0️⃣💲 What's your favorite thing about the 80's?
(if you weren't around in the 80s, I am so sorry)

Beth Anne here...this morning the wood thrushes came out.
Until I moved to a house in the middle of the woods, I had never heard a wood thrush. They are magical.
The wood thrush can sing two notes at the same time, which adds to its flute-like sound. I hear them mostly at dawn and dusk when the world is on the cusp of being awake.
Nature always puts me in a positive mood. Listening to the birds sing in the wee hours makes me forget that there's frost on the grass or that I have dishes to wash and yard work to do.
Do you find that nature has a similar effect on you? What makes you forget the bad stuff for a while?
🙏 Lucky Episode 013 is out and we focus on gratitude.
In these times with the pandemic, it can be very hard to be grateful about anything. And we do need to allow ourselves to be human. 😳
🙌 But feeling grateful does help. It keeps that positive energy going and puts things in perspective.
❤️ Share your gratitude moments with us in the comments! I also put a link to iTunes in the comments, or check out our top pin in the feed for links to other platforms!
You'll hear more about this in episode 013, out on Wednesday, April 15!
Episode 013 is still in review, but thought I would give you a teaser. We talk a bit about our trip to Cancun in 2019 and the amazing oceanside cabanas.
Hope this provides you a little bit of Zen. It did for us.
Kori Jo and Beth Anne chilling oceanside in our rented cabana. Mimosa in hand.
Episode 012 is up, we are WINGING IT this time!
We took a couple weeks off to adjust to "The Situation" of late but we are back. We are going off the cuff this episode!
Normally we do have an outline but our schedules have been crazy lately, so we decided to just wing it and talk about what is going on in our lives with the Stay At Home mandates.
We get into all kinds of topics, from high school band (featuring the , the , bands, and a special current-day appearance by the ), to Kori Jo's trauma learning guitar with short fingers.
We hope you enjoy, see the top post for links to all podcast providers (iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, and iHeart Radio).
So what's going on in your life since the virus hit? Share in the comments!

Hi everyone...Beth Anne here.
This photo is a shot of Lake Michigan from South Haven. Every summer I take a long weekend here with some women friends I have known for about 25 years.
☀️ So I'm throwing it out to the Universe that by the time my trip rolls around later in the summer, this whole situation of late will be behind us.
Kori Jo and I have taken a couple weeks off to adjust. We will be back the week of April 6 with a new episode.
Meanwhile...how is everyone doing? Are you hanging in there? How is your mindset? It's challenging to keep a positive outlook right now but don't stop trying!
We aren't saying to be fake, but do find things to be grateful for, and most importantly...DO find things in the future to look forward to!
Drop us a comment or DM us if you prefer, we are here online if not audibly. ❤️
☀️ Given the state of the world right now, we thought we would keep it very light for Episode 011 and tell some funny tales from our pasts. Not all of these relate to "change the channel. be the magnet." but hey...sometimes you gotta throw convention out the window.
Here is a clip from "The Office" that we mentioned in this episode, where Toby returns from Costa Rica. Quite possibly the funniest moment in "The Office" history.

Episode 010 is out! We got into some of the stories around our origins with the Law of Attraction and how we tested it out to help get our minds on the right frequency.
As usual, we touch upon Kori Jo's magic Refrision Board, and Beth Anne tries to not sound so "Michigan."

Episode 009 is UP! Kori Jo and Beth Anne tackle courage in the latest change the channel-be the magnet podcast.
What is courage but the ability to move forward in spite of fear?
We share some stories of courage and as usual give honorable mentions to Michigan, dogs, and our roller-coaster lives.

🤨 Even the co-host of a podcast that is all about reframing thoughts and being positive can get into a funk now and then.
We have negative thoughts, moments, days...
Beth Anne Campbell here...I had a moment.
There was a looming deadline and things needed to be done. I thought the team was golden, but then I found something that didn't get completed.
The team member was away and couldn't complete the task.
😡 I was pi**ed. I felt left in the lurch. Someone got lazy, dropped the ball, left me hanging, and I was angry and hurt.
I had to the job myself. I didn't have a choice.
🤩 But I DID have a choice on my attitude.
I could continue to simmer and let this one thing ruin the rest of my day.
😘 Or I could let it go.
Because the truth is, it wasn't really a big deal. I completed the task in 20 minutes. And I'm very close to the person who ditched out and I know they are going through some challenges.
It wasn't deliberate or personal.
🎈I changed my channel and got myself out of the funk.
🎤 I started mixing the podcast episode 009, laughing at my partner Kori Jo's stories.
📱I received a sweet text from the husband (thank you Universe for that one).
🎨 I got excited about some new art techniques I learned about from my good friend Amy (who is on an amazing journey of body, mind, and spirit, look her up).
No one is perfect. All we can do is try.
⭐️ How are you changing your channel today?
Episode 008 is OUT! This week we flip it from the last episode and talk about the benefits of BEING a change the channel buddy (support system) rather than having one.
We have some great tips on how you can be a more positive, supportive person to your network and in turn, attract more positive energy your way. WIN WIN!
Links are in the first post on the page. Check it out and we would love to get some love in the reviews of your platform of choice. Thank you!
This past week in Episode 008 we talk about the benefits of having a change the channel buddy, or support system. There are times when the negativity can overwhelm us and we need something or someone to snap us back to a place where we can focus our thoughts and actions to a more positive outcome.
This morning I found this in my Secret Daily Teachings app: "No one is more cherished in this world than someone who lightens the burden of another."
We hope you have a great ctc buddy...and that you are one to someone too. The benefits are endless.
Episode 008 is now out on iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, and iHeart Radio. Thank you for listening!
In Episode 005, we talk more about "Words Matter." Below is a link to the article mentioned - "Lets Stop Talking About 'Battling Cancer.'"
Take a look, it makes yet another powerful case for how the words we use can affect the outcome of our journey.

Let’s Stop Talking about “Battling Cancer” Describing it that way can be damaging to patients, families and caregivers

This may sound crazy, but in Episode 005 we talk about email and meeting invites.
❗️What? How do email and meeting invites relate to "change the channel. be the magnet."❓
Glad you asked! Often we think of reframing our thoughts AFTER we've found ourselves in a negative state of mind. We "change the channel" to become more positive.
But we can also "change the channel" proactively and set ourselves up for success. By thinking about how the person or people on the other end of a communication might perceive that communication, we can ensure that we are on a receptive channel.
The recipient will be more accepting because the message is clear, the tone correct, and the information needed is available.
We are more positive because we've set ourselves up for success.
Win. Win. 🤩
Welcome to the official change the channel-be the magnet podcast page! LInks to the podcast are in the comments.
The change the channel-be the magnet podcast is hosted by Kori Jo Bennett and Beth Anne Campbell. We are two women working to reframe our negative thoughts and emotions to attract better energy and realize our dreams. We wanted to create a venue where we could share our journey with you, as well as hear your stories and experiences. The end goal is to improve our lives and achieve those things we once thought were out of our reach.
If you are coming here expecting Stuart Smalley "gosh darn it, people like me!" touchy-feely talk, you came to the wrong place. We are just friends having a conversation, and that often involves dogs, sarcasm, embarrassing stories, and the occasional swear word. Above all, we're just trying to keep it real.
We encourage any thoughtful debate or disagreement, but will not tolerate any bullying, trolling, or other negativity just for the sake of negativity. So be respectful.
The change the channel-be the magnet podcast can be found on Itunes, Spotify, Sticher, and other apps associated with these platforms.
Please note, this podcast is for ENTERTAINMENT purposes only. Any advice within should be vetted through your known and trusted professionals.
In Episode 002 of the change the channel-be the magnet podcast, Kori Jo mentions clutter and how it can affect our ability to focus and reframe our minds. 🥎🛴🧰⚱️🧸🛍👞🏓🛹📚🧹🧹🧹
🔑 The key to tackling a large cleaning job is to remove obstacles. Set yourself up for success! ⭐️
In my 2020 quest to clean out and simplify, one of my obstacles is what to do with the stuff I don't want. The junk is easy--Bulk Day every 2 weeks on trash collection day.
For the stuff that I want to donate, I get stifled as to where to put it. 🤔
Today I was in Walmart and they had large and medium boxes on sale in one of the aisle displays. $1.48 got me a large box, so I bought 4. So for under $7, I now have room for four large boxes worth of junk that I can take to my local donation organization. 📦📦📦📦
Obstacle overcome! If you can't find boxes, use garbage bags or put stuff in totes or bags that you are going to donate.
🥰 It feels so good to be set up to succeed. Now when I'm tidying up, I have a place to throw the good items that can help someone else.
What's keeping you from decluttering? How can you set yourself up for success?

Hello everyone… Beth Anne here. In episode 001 of the ctc.btm. podcast, Kori Jo and I talked about the vision board session we attended that catapulted our journey into the law of attraction. On this Throwback Thursday I wanted to share a photo of one of my original vision boards.
This board is what I call my Get Back My Mojo board. I put up pictures of times when I was happy, being a goofball, hanging out with my family, just letting loose...because I felt like I had lost a little of that and wanted to get it back. 🤪❤️🎉
It’s always a journey but I feel like I’ve gained a lot of my mojo back in the past two years.
What are you looking to get back? What’s stopping you? 🧲❓
Happy New Year to everyone out there! 2020 is going to be the best year ever! Whatever you want to achieve, you can do it!
Wishing you all warmth, laughter, courage, and love!
