But guess what? You don’t have to face this alone. GoalSnatchers is here to remind you that we see you, we hear you, and we’re walking this journey with you. 🙏🏽

Here are five super fast ways to use acupressure points to relieve anxiety:
1. Press on the Yin Tang Point (between the eyebrows): Use your index finger to apply gentle pressure in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes. It helps to calm the mind and reduce stress.
2. Stimulate the Pericardium 6 (P6) Point (inside of the wrist): Press this point about three finger-widths down from the base of your palm. Hold for 1-2 minutes to relieve anxiety and nausea.
3. Apply pressure to the Shen Men Point (in the ear): Gently massage this point in the upper inner corner of the ear. It’s great for calming the heart and reducing anxiety.
4. Squeeze the Heart 7 (HT7) Point (on the wrist): This point is located just below the wrist crease on the pinky side. Hold it for 1 minute to help reduce nervousness and calm the emotions.
5. Rub the Third Eye Point (between the eyebrows): Gently massaging the area helps reduce anxiety, headaches, and emotional distress.
