It is very common to have nutritional gaps within our diets. These exist because we eat too many foods that are high in some type of nutrients, and don't eat enough foods that contain other important nutrients.
This is why I think that learning about proper nutrition can help us improve our health in many ways. However, while a balanced diet can provide us with great sources of nutrition, taking dietary supplements on top of our healthy eating habits can give us plenty of benefits and ensure that our bodies get the nutrients it needs each day.
Personally, I like to use supplements to help me reach my protein intake, calories, improve my immune system health and boost my energy level throughout my workouts.
These are;
Phormula-1 and ignition which i take after every workout. It helps restore glycogen levels, it speeds up recovery time and help with muscle growth
Level-1 protein bars which taste AMAZING! are my go-to for snacks. If you are looking for sweet, delicious high protein snack or dessert you need these in your life!
Opti-greens and opti-reds boost energy, helps with my fruits and veggies intake, promote healthy immune system, and optimizes blood flow among many other benefits. I take these every single day after breakfast or lunch.
Intra-formance definitely helps me maintain a nice steady level of energy through out my workouts.

Level-1 protein which is my favorite!😊 I use it as a meal replacement when I am on the go and don't have time to cook. I also add it to my coffee and breakfast cereal bowl. All flavors taste delicious and it doesn't make me feel bloated or feel any tummy discomfort.
I have spent many years struggling with weight management and I recognize the main reason was because I didn’t have control over my nutrition. I have exercised my entire life. From skating, which is what I love to do the most, to working out at the gym or doing other physical activities. I love fitness and have a passion for it. So exercising wasn’t an issue.
After trying so many diets and ways to help me lose weight so that I could perform better and feel better I finally found what I was missing to help me stay motivated, educated and gain control over what I needed to do. I found a community of people that lead with high quality standards, supports you in any way they can and truly care about your success. And for this I am very thankful.
I have spent a few months now truly caring and working towards my overall health. Trying to figure out what works for me, staying CONSISTENT and focused on my GOALS. At this moment I can say that I am pretty damn happy with what I have achieved so far. I have a better understanding of what I need to fuel my body, what makes me feel good and how much my athletic performance has improved with all the changes I have made.
It takes work, dedication, consistency, discipline, passion and a reason for wanting to become a better version of you. If I did it, I know YOU CAN DO IT. Everyone’s journey is different, but it is up to us to take control over how we live through it...
