Most trainings will take place at Onoyama Park, on the grass field north of the park, close from the track and field stadium (exact location in the events).
I’m Pierre, a french guy who trained this way for a few years, and am now sharing my experience and trainings, till you like doing burpees 😉
As soon as I’ll be available to coach a training & if the weather’s good, I’ll set up an event on this page.
Everyone (beginners to advanced) is welcomed to train with me and push his limits.
I’ll teach you the proper form of exercices and will do my best to help you pushing yourself 😉
