On this day, a devasting tragedy shook our nation, filling us with immense fear and sadness, and bringing us to our knees to pray. Today we remember and reflect on all the lives lost and forever changed by the events of September 11, 2001. Please take a moment to remember and honor all who bravely and selflessly answered the call, and support the families who continue to grieve. We thank our first responders, EMTs, firefighters, law enforcement, doctors and nurses, service pups, and our service members not only for their heroic actions on that day but for what they do every single day - THANK YOU! ⁣ ⁣ Please know we are praying for all of the families who have lost loved ones and all those who were affected by the tragedies of 9/11 that continue to face mental and health challenges today. ⁣ ⁣ "God is our refuge and strength, a helper who is always found in times of trouble". Surround yourself with positive people, being around positive people has been shown to increase self-esteem and increase the chances of reaching your goals. Over time this can lower your self-esteem and can be harder to come back from. Give yourself grace and see mistakes and failures as growth and strength, learning lessons for the future.
