The cake is delicious.

Ingredients:
- Butter - 120g
-Milk - 40 ml
-Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 165 g
- Dough baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
-Apricot (or any other fruits, berries) - 15 pcs.
- Wheat flour - 150 g

Cooking:
Stir softened butter with sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, stirring well each time.
Pour in milk. Add flour with baking powder. It turns out a little thick dough. Grease the mold with butter and lay out the dough. Put apricot halves on top.
Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees until cooked.

The most delicious sesame cookies I've tried

It is simply incredible - crispy, fragrant, just do not come off! I can confidently say that it’s tastier than this sesame cookie, I have not tried it yet. And baking it, by the way, is very simple)) Yes, and yet, sesame is one of the leaders in calcium content. In sesame seeds it is 10 times more than in cottage cheese! So think about it)))

Ingredients:

flour - 70 gr.
butter - 60 gr.
sugar - 120 g. (brown sugar can be)
egg - 1 pc.
vanilla extract - 0.5 tsp or vanilla sugar -1 sachet
freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 tsp.
sesame seeds - 160 gr.
baking powder - 0.5 tsp
salt - 0.5 tsp

Cooking:
1) Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
2) Beat softened butter with sugar. Then add the egg, vanilla and lemon juice and beat for 20-30 seconds with a mixer.
3) At a low mixer speed, add small portions of flour.
4) Use a spatula to stir in the whole sesame (it can be fried in advance).
6) Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread flat cakes with a teaspoon on sheets of baking paper (necessarily!) At a distance of 3 to 4 cm from each other, because cookies can spread.
7) Bake for 8 to 15 minutes, depending on size. You need to make sure not to burn! (can be turned over to the other side after 6 minutes).
They are soft and sticky, while hot, but then when cooled they become crispy and unbelievably tasty.

Potato nests with mushrooms in garlic cream sauce

Ingredients:
Potato -10-11 pcs
Milk - 50 ml

Champignons - 100g
Carrot 1 pc
2-3 onions
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Egg 1 pc
Sour cream - 2-3 tablespoons to taste

Salt - to taste
Spices to taste

Greens - a bunch
Cooking:
First we need to peel the potatoes and boil them until cooked. While the potatoes are cooked, peel and dice the onions. Peel the carrots and three on a medium grater, peel the garlic and squeeze it through the garlic. Next, wash our mushrooms, and the regimen in small cubes. Fry the mushrooms, then add carrots, onions, spices and garlic, mix all this and fry with the lid closed, over low heat, for about 10 minutes, add our sour cream, and simmer for another 10-15 minutes, until cooked. Until our mushrooms are cooked, we start potatoes. From potatoes we prepare for mashed potato, adding milk, salt, and one yolk to it, we crush it in mashed potatoes. Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil, cover it with paper, for baking, if desired. We spread the finished mashed potatoes so that we get “nests” - that is, with with a deep notch in the middle. In the middle we spread our filling. We put it in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, since all the ingredients are almost ready for you. Well, here is our wonderful dish and it's ready. Decorate to your taste.
